Furthermore, based on Royal Decree No. M/20 dated 15/04/1431 AH, establishing Wadi Jeddah Company, King Abdulaziz University allocated several plots of its land totaling 510,000 square meters for the company to utilize in achieving its objectives. The company has invested in many of these lands by establishing and operating several vital projects, either independently or through strategic partners.
